A page = 3,000 characters of text, roughly one standard page. PDF, Word, TXT, HTML or Markdown: all counted the same way, like the web pages and the answers you write yourself. Deleting a piece of content frees the pages it occupied right away.

What is Raggli?
- A chatbot you add to your website by pasting a line of script. It answers your visitors' questions from the documents you give it, around the clock, without you writing a single answer in advance.
How long does it take to install?
- Three steps. You add your content to the dashboard, a file or the link to a page. You copy the script line provided in your settings and paste it on your site. The chat bubble appears right away, with no SDK and no server setup.
Which document formats does Raggli accept?
- PDF, Word, plain text, HTML and Markdown: you upload them as they are. A scanned PDF goes through automatic text recognition, so there is nothing to convert.
Can Raggli read pages from my website?
- Yes: paste the link to a page and Raggli reads it like a document. One link means one page, nothing more: Raggli does not follow the links the page contains, and does not index any other page of your site. To refresh a page you already added, re-read it from its row.
How are pages counted against my quota?
- One page means 3,000 characters of text, counted the same way for every format, and the same way for the web pages and the answers you write yourself. A 12,000-character document therefore takes up 4 pages, and deleting it immediately frees the pages it used.
Can Raggli make an answer up?
- No: every answer relies only on your documents, your web pages, and your pinned answers. When the information isn't there, the answer says so instead of improvising. Each organization stays isolated from the others, and the widget only answers from the domains you allow.
Is there a free plan?
- Yes: the Free plan costs €0 and includes 100 messages per month, 5 pages of content and 1 allowed site. All four plans are commitment-free, you change or cancel whenever you want.
What languages does Raggli answer in?
- In each visitor's own language, decided at every question, even when your documents are written in another one. The interface exists in 24 languages, included in all four plans.
