Installing Raggli: one line of script, nothing else
There is no integration project to run. The Raggli widget is a script tag you paste on your site, exactly like an analytics tool. Between adding your first content and the first answer to a visitor, a few minutes go by.
Add your content
Drag your PDFs, Word files or text into the dashboard, or paste the link to a page on your site. Raggli reads it all and keeps it ready to answer. That library, and nothing else, is what feeds the answers your visitors get.
Paste the script
Copy the line provided in your settings and paste it into your site's HTML. The chat bubble appears immediately, with no SDK or server setup required.
Set it to your colors
Brand color, logo, welcome message, panel theme: the widget is configured from the dashboard so it blends into your site as if it were part of it. No code change is needed after the install.
Stay in control of your domains
The widget only answers from the domains you have allowed, and each organization is isolated from the others. A key picked up from your page therefore cannot be used on another site.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a developer to install Raggli?
- No. If you can paste a script tag into your site, or if your CMS lets you add a tracking code, you can install Raggli. There is no SDK and no server setup.
How many sites can I install the widget on?
- You have a single widget per account, configured once: the same script tag goes on every site. What your plan limits is the number of sites you can register: 1 on Free, 1 on Starter, 3 on Pro, 10 on Business. A site means a domain: the subdomains of one you have already registered (www, staging) don't count as extra sites. That same list also decides which web pages you can add: a link is only accepted if it belongs to a site you have already registered.
Can I hide the Raggli mention in the widget?
- Yes, from the Pro plan onwards: the Raggli branding shown under the conversation becomes removable from the widget settings.
Do I have to inform my visitors?
- The widget already announces on its own that it is an AI assistant, in the visitor's language. The data-protection notice, however, is yours to give: you are the controller of your visitors' conversations, Raggli is only your processor. You do not have to write it yourself: your dashboard's Integration tab holds a paragraph ready to paste into your privacy policy, plus a short sentence for the chat's welcome message.
